Clean canopy, filter’s, ducts, fan and fan blades. Pressure-wash then wipe down back splash and mop floor.

 Vacuum trap out, clean baffle, bring contents of waste off-site for proper disposal.

 Rinse debris from area, apply detergents if necessary, pressure-wash, and rinse to finish. 

Chute access is locked off on each floor,  pressure-wash chute from top to bottom, pressure-wash garbage room and compactor . 

 Vacuum ducts with spiral brush, repair or replace connections where needed. 

 Apply appropriate detergents to graffiti tag, then use pressure-washer to remove.
